Unit Runs, But Gets Stuck In The Cycle It Is In.
Unit runs and the cycle dial advances through the washing cycle. After a while the dial stops advancing and the unit just stays in the cycle it is in. A few nights ago it was stuck in the wash mode and washed for over 8 hours while I slept. Are parts available to fix this? It is @ 4 years old and used @ 1x per week. 2 years ago I cracked a part on the upper rack. It was on order from the manufacturer for over 3 months with no ETA. I finally gave up. NO ONE had the part.

The most likely culprit is the control board part # 0688-11 in case you can find it local. If not & you're willing to purchase the part here knowing that it's only a guess that the board is the problem. Good luck!
