Haier Cpn12xh9, Unit Shutdown On Power Up.
Unit powers up, full display, shuts down 2 seconds later. After a few plug, un-plug, and resets, powers up, fan starts for 1 second and unit shuts down again. Filter is clean and water is drained.Any solution ?Thanks
