Why Is My Commercial Cool Portable Air Conditioner Leaking Water

Mine was clogged at the top drip port that drips to the second assembly of cooling coils. It just looked like a whitish line of gunk among some black plastic under the top cooling coils which was accessible by taking the back panel off. I just jammed a slotted screwdriver in it to open up the gap in the radiator slitting, and problem solved. Mine is also a Commercial Cool portable air conditioner (model # CPN10XC9).
