Restricting The Use Of The Air Conditioner Using A Password Or Pin Number.

I have installed Haier. Model AS122FCBHA Air Conditioners in my condominium in Faro, Portugal.  I also use a Remote Controler YR-H71. Since I rent the Condo to clients during the year . I would like to control the Temperature Range that is available to them and the number of hours that the unit will run without restarting the unit. I am trying to reduce is the amount of energy that is used unnesseraly. Like tenants turning the unit to cool below a set temperature and leaving it running for a whole day in the absence of anyone in the condo. I would like the unit to only run in 3 hour incraments at which time the start button would have to be pressed to restart the unit for the next 3 hours. Has the Remote Controler got the capasity to do this and be set up using a Password to Set these or similar conditions. OR can you suggest any other solution to this problem. If the above can not be done. I'm sure that this would be an attractive package for some of your clients who rent condos. Thank you, Joe Sadlier
