How To Turn Touch Input Back On On Htc Vivid

This is a issue related with touch digitizer off the phone because your phone is a touch all time enabled phone though you try these :
Pull out the battery and turn on the phone again if nothing happens you have to take it to the nearest htc service center they willl take better care of it.
