i cant login to my email on my HTC Vivid. What can i do?

Make sure you’re using the correct email address and password when signing in to your HTC Account. Your HTC Account is the email address that you used during account registration. Password is also case sensitive.If you are using devices prior to the HTC One series, make sure you have verified your HTC Account email address before signing in on your phone.Please note that there are times when the system is temporarily unavailable. Please wait a few minutes before trying to sign in again. Don’t worry though, even if you can’t sign in right now, your account information and data are safe.
