Can I Set My Htc Rhyme Phone To Have A Ringtonw For Texts?

Yes you can set it up
There are two ways to change the notification sound on your phone: The Personalize utility and the Settings menu.
Personalize
From the Home screen, press the Menu key.
Tap Personalize.
Tap Sound.
Tap Notification sound.
Tap the notification sound you want to change: Default, Message, Calendar, Email or Task.
Tap the desired notification sound.
Tap Apply.
Settings
Note: This process will only change the default Notification sound.
From the Home screen, press the Menu key.
Tap Settings.
Tap Sound.
Tap Notification sound.
Note: If Notification sound is grayed-out, first ensure the Sound profile is set to Normal.
Tap the desired ringtone.
Tap Apply.
Note: You can also change application-specific notification sounds by viewing the Settings menu within the given application.
