How Do You Turn Off Push Notifications On The Htc Inspire?

For the email notification: go into your list of all apps, then open mail, go to the menu>more>settings>nitification settings. from there you can tell the program what you want notification wise.

To set the send and received information: go to all apps, mail>menu>more>settings>send and receive. I do not think there is a manual setting, but you can choose how often daily or weekly to download... there is a check for "update when I open the file"... that maybe what you are looking for.
