My first attempt at using your software failed. The return was rejected. I paid $60.08. I ended up redoing my tax refund with your very basic system. I need a refund on the amount I paid since I will no longer file that way. My second attempt using the basic was accepted by the IRS. The first attempt will be deleted. Please call me back
