No Internet

Went on site and u still have my old phone listed. My internet wifi and data do not work still. I have a Samsung phone. Tried to enter the correct info on site and the download was discontinued. Wait time on phone forever. Now what do I do? I also paid for next month in advance big mistake

Press 1, then 3, then 6, then 6 OR Don't press a number for a language and it will transfer you to an agent.
