Refund Still Not Received
I still have not received the refund that you said I would get for the Hoover Sparkle Window Cleaner that was ordered on 15th November. According to yourselves there was an issue with fulfillment of this order and the 32.99 taken from my account was to be refunded which has not been done. Please arrange for this to be attended to a.s.a.p.
