Cannot Print G-pass. Help! Event Is In A Few Hours!!

I bought a Groupon that uses G-Pass. I have read other instructions and they do not help. There is NOT a "View Voucher" button anywhere on the page. There is also not a "print" button anywhere. If I click the "View Order Details" or the links that describe the Groupon, it just rereoutes me to the event page. The payment has been accepted. I even have an email confirming that the payment went through. The event takes place TODAY and the email said the passes would be available yesterday (they weren't). I included a picture to prove I'm not just a moron overlooking something. I have clicked EVERYTHING that can be clicked. NOTHING gives me a pass. Customer support is closed on weekends and the email will not get answered in time. Someone please help! Event is in a few hours!

Sorry for your problems. I'm afraid this issue must be sorted out by Groupon, and if Groupon is not reachable in time you won't be able to use your purchase. So you have two choices, neither one perfect:

You can forget about the event and phone Groupon later for a refund.
You can purchase a separate ticket and trust that Groupon will later refund that money.
