Connection Error When Trying To Pull Up Gpass

I bought 10 tix for an event tomorrow night that requires the gpass to be printed and every time I try to pull up the vouchers, I get a connection error on the groupon site. All other web pages and sites pull up without difficulties. It's only when I try to pull up the actual printable vouchers that I encounter this error which pops up on the groupon page. Advises me to contact groupon support by email if this continues which I did, but I am unable to get anyone on the phone so I don't know whether I'll get an email response prior to the event or not. Please help.

Sorry for your problems. I don't know why you couldn't "get anyone on the phone"--I have never had any difficulty--but I don't expect you could get phone help now during the weekend.
