After logging in, at your name at the opening page [upper right], go to My Groupons.You can then mark any of them as redeemed.

It seems Odin missed the part of the ?, about clear or delete. This is the response about deleting past groupons from CS;

"Thanks for writing us.

We welcome your concern, but unfortunately we don't have such option to delete the expired or redeemed Groupon from your account, however we will forward your concern and make sure that the option becomes available in future.
