Used A Groupon, They Did Damage To My Home, Now I Can't Get A Hold Of Them?
Got and used groupon from 5 brothers carpet cleaning. They put a huge hole in my wall, said they were going to fix it, none of their numbers work? Please help.

I presume your communication difficulties relate to the carpet cleaning company, not Groupon, which is quite accessible.
Groupon, I'm sure, will refund your Groupon fee, but they may not be able to do anything more for you. They may be willing to argue for further recompense from the caprpet cleaners. Or they may not. I suggest you phone your local or state consumer protection agency. Find it in the government section of your phone book.
