Refunds Are Ridiculous
decided to close for the summer early and I could call group on and request a refund. I called groupon and was advised they could not give me a refund but would credit my account but the credit had to be used within 24 hours. this is crazy ... who gives a credit for services offered but cannot be collected on...and have to be used within 24 hours. I been with groupon for many years and now its over. anyone who sells services for things that cannot be redeemed should not be allowed to conduct business. next stop Better Business Bureau...
