Refund
The circus I purchased tickets for was shut down by the Fire
Marshall just prior to the start of the show.

This issue should be easily resolved. Phone Groupon at (877) 788-7858 in the U.S. or write them at [email protected]. My experience is that they adhere more than scrupuloulsy to their website's assurance that "If the experience using your Groupon ever lets you down, we’ll make it right or return your purchase."
