Purchased A Mavado Watch From Groupon For My Wife For Christmas.

The watch had bubbles in the Crystal a clear manufacturing defect. Sent it back per instructions and sent letter to CEO over my dissatifaction with the product. Have not heard the status of the watch either a replacement or refund. It has been 2 weeks? My wife still does not have her Christmas present. I have sent several e-mails to Daniel at Groupon and still no answer? My ticket # 14149594. I need an answer to this situation asap. Regards, Dr. R.D. Kimbel
