I Printed Vouchers And Later Told Error Am I Entitled To Get A Refund

I bought 2 vouchers for York winterwonderland and as my first time using groupon printed the vouchers on the Tuesday as planned to go on the following Sunday,then groupon sent me an email informing me there was an error and there would not be a train as advertised.I was very disappointed and sent an email to the support team requesting a refund.I received an email from groupon apologizing for the horrid automated reply and that they would be in touch shortly.I sent 3 more emails with no reply then on my 4th email they replied with the same automatedreply? I just want my money refunded and they aren't answering my question.do I have rights as I'm agitated and very disgusted with groupon.thanks

Sorry for your bad experience. In my own dealings I've found Groupon's to be one of the most responsive of all customer service operations. I urge you to phone them, at (877) 788-7858. If necessary (it shouldn't be!) you can complain to the Illinois Attorney General at 217-282-1090,
