Except in the case of a defective, faulty or non-conforming product, returns not complying with these requirements may be rejected.

1. Log in to your Groupon account and go to the My Stuff tab.
2. Find the order you want to return and click on Click to return.
3. Select an option from the Reason for return menu and then add any additional information in the Returns details box.
4. Click Continue and then Print Shipping Label to print the return shipping label.
5. Follow the instructions on the shipping label and place the label outside your package.

Any item which was not purchased from Groupon Goods but returned to us cannot be re-sent to you. Groupon Goods will not be liable for storage, returning, disposing of or otherwise taking any responsibility over any such item.
