Business Will Not Honor Groupon
I need to speak to someone about a groupon I purchased that the business will not honor and I don't want to go back and forth texting. How can I reach a live person. I have sent a email to groupons customer service over 7 days ago and have not gotten a response.
I have teried calling the customer line - no live person answering phone no matter what time you call and that customer service line is not taking messages as it is full.

Very strange. I've called Groupon at (877) 788-7858 a great many times at all hours and have never had any difficulty in getting through easily to a live person. You can also write them at [email protected].
