1 Hour Wait
I rang groupon 3 weeks ago with a problem no response as promised i have been on the phone today for 1 hour and 12 minutes still no response!. Mr Jason Camm

can't help you with the issueI can't help you with the issue about which you called Groupon because you don't tell us what it is. I gather you're complaining here about either the time for which Groupon kept you on the phone explaining that issue or the wait time before someone picked up, or both.
I frankly don't understand why you encountered the time issue, as I have phoned Groupon a great many times, and have never encountered such a time issue. In fact, my customer service experience with Groupon is among the very best of all the companies I've called. So you might want to give them another try and call back.
