Purchased this for $30 plus $9 shipping and got a bill for an extra $32.95 for Duty charges? What's up with that do we all just not pick up the order, which will be returned to the sender and ask for a refund?

Did you buy the Groupon for $30? How long did it take for them to be shipped to you? And when did you find out about the duty charge? Have you contacted Groupon about it?
I am in Canada and Zagora placed a 70 pound vaue = $100 Canadian so the tax and duty was based on that. Have tried to contact them and have received no answer.

I got a Groupon for $30 and Zagorra said my order was shipped 11/17/2011 and it hasn't arrived yet. I cannot even check shipping status online for them and I'm nervous now that I see your post. Thanks for your help!
