At your "My Groupons" page there should be a blue link labeled "Mark as Redeemed" under the "View Details" button. If you don't see that,it may be an issue with your browser. Make sure you have not disabled any scripts on the page, and (if all scripts are enabled) follow the instructions at https://www.helpowl.com/q/StubHub/Technical-Support/getting-message-went-wrong-shot/999563. If the issue is not resolved there's a glitch with the program, and to resolve it you need to turn to Groupon. Phone Groupon at 877-788-7858 in the U.S. or write the company at [email protected].
