How Can I Live Chat With Someone About My Groupon?

I have been trying for hours and days to talk on the phone to someone. I purchased a photo mug for my mother's birthday, then realized I wanted the "magic" phone mug, not the regular. It was only two dollars more, but when I went to edit the groupon, I couldn't figure out how to upgrade to the custom one. I followed groupon's instructions taking me to the Printer Pix website, where they asked me to enter a REDEMPTION CODE (to be found in the center of the voucher???). Since I could not find the code on the groupon voucher, I clicked redeemed, thinking maybe the "redemption" code would be on there...No luck. FIRST ONE (regular mug) I bought is still in My Groupons (but I don't know how to find the redemption code to USE it!) and... SECOND ONE is now marked redeemed in My Groupons, but I still have no redemption code in hand. HELP!!! PLEASE...This is the third day & hence, last one in which we can make changes. Would like to LIVE CHAT with someone, if possible...ANYONE???
