Why Wasn't My $10.00 Off Coupon From Savings.com Applied To My First Purchase?
I went on savings.com to apply a first time user for Groupon $10.00 off coupon to my first order and it was never applied. I did not receive $10.00 off on any of my orders.

One reason might be that you used a different email address to log in. In any case, Groupon will I'm sure straighten it out if you phone them. Phone Groupon at (877) 788-7858 in the U.S. or write them at [email protected]. In the UK, you can write them directly at [email protected] or No. 1 Liverpool Street, London, EC2M 7QD; or phone them at +44(0)203 510 0410.
