I oredered the silver santa package. Try to put in the email address and nothing. Put in promo code & was told it was invalid. What??

Your question is hard to follow. If you can't log in, try the following:

First clear your cache and cookies. How you do that depends on your browser. In Firefox, use its toolbar to go to Tools|Options|Privacy, and then click "clear your recent history." See your own browser's help section if you don't know how. Then restart your computer. It also may be necessary to update your browser; links for updating various browsers may be found on this Facebook page (even though it's not a Facebook issue): http://www.facebook.com/help.php?page=742.

If you can log in and don't know how to confirm your order:

After logging in, at your name at the opening page [upper right], go to My Groupons. Then click View Voucher (and there's a button for printing the voucher). Your Groupon Number is at the upper right of the voucher, and the redemption code is in the middle. (You will not have to use both.) If you need to retrieve a copy of the voucher, phone Groupon at (877) 788-7858 in the U.S. or write the company at [email protected]. In the UK, you can write the company directly at [email protected] or No. 1 Liverpool Street, London, EC2M 7QD; or phone the company at +44(0)203 510 0410.
