Groupon's policy for this situation varies with the type of Groupon voucher you have--so you'll need to refer to the Groupon Promise page at https://www.groupon.com/groupon-promise. Unfortunately, Groupon in the U.S. is not currently offering phone support. You can write the company at [email protected].
