Owner of Lil RHODY pIZZA REFUSES to honor this. It has not expired, he says he will not take GROUPON that I purchased. How do I get refunded for the 12.99

My experience is such circumstances has been that Groupon will process a prompt refund. Groupon in the U.S. is not currently offering phone support. You can write the company at [email protected]. In the U.K. you can write directly to [email protected] or (probably) phone +44(0)203 510 0410.
