1. In my experience the best and quickest way to resolve a Groupon issue is simply to call the company. Phone Groupon at 877-788-7858 in the U.S. or write the company at [email protected]. In the U.K. you can write directly to [email protected] or No. 1 Liverpool Street, London, EC2M 7QD; or phone +44(0)203 510 0410.
2. In the alternative, you can search for your answer in Groupon's help pages. Go to https://www.groupon.com/faq#faqs:history-YWN0aW9uPWhvbWU=.
3. Finally, of course, you can resubmit to us at Help Owl, providing all details of the issue.
