Groupon Closed Before Asking Me What Initials I Wanted On The 2 Sterling Silver
monogrammed necklaces, or the size and I can't print out a confirmation or know whether it will be send via email after I complete the order.

Sounds like you don't know whether your order was completed and transmitted. After logging in, at your name at the opening page [upper right], go to My Groupons. Then click View Voucher (and you can print the voucher). If your order was accepted it will be reflectd there.
In any case you may want to talk to Groupon, at least to nail down the initials. Phone Groupon at (877) 788-7858 in the U.S. or write them at [email protected]. In the UK, you can write them directly at [email protected] or No. 1 Liverpool Street, London, EC2M 7QD; or phone them at +44(0)203 510 0410.
