$99.00 Charge To My Credit Card
Dear Sirs,
I recieved my credit card statement and see a charge there by Groupon.
I believe this was for some massages I was looking at and signed up for. I have never recieved any coupon from your company. Because of this want a full refund. I am no longer interested in this offer which as far as I can see was nothing more than you charging my credit card for $99.00 and me not recieving anything for this charge.
Please refund the $99.00 in full. I no longer wish to recieve promotional emails from Groupon.

I suspect this problem will be easily resolved. Just phone Groupon at (877) 788-7858 in the U.S.
