Will I Ever See My Suitcase Again?

I recently took bus from El Cajon ca to Pontiac mi after visiting my daughter. I could not fly since I had a severe ear infection. I got on bus at 11 on at a station that did not sell tickets and was told to purchase ticket at next stop which was Phoenix. The driver told me he wouldn't release my bag til I got my ticket but when I did ,he never tagged my bag! In St. Louis we switched buses and ai was told a worker named Kenneth took it off and sent to warehouse in Dallas. This was sept 16 and I called sept 16 and every day since. Now they are saying it never got to warehouse- were did it go? I had well over $1009 worth of stuff and things that never can be replaced!!!! Help me please I call everyday and always get a different answer or transferred or hung up on

I wouldn't agree that there's "nothing else you can do." First of all, you can escalate to corporate: see the corporate contact information here--http://www.corporateofficeowl.com/greyhound/Corporate%20Office. You can also complain to the Ohio Attorney General or other consumer protection offices: see https://www.usa.gov/state-consumer/ohio#es-1-off-hop.
