Graco Sweetpeace Infant Soothing Swing Will Not Turn On

The Sweetpeace swing has a parental lock that, if enabled, could prevent the unit from turning on. To disable the parental lock (if it's enabled) press and hold the Parental Lock button for two seconds. (If the parental lock is not currently enabled, pressing the button for two seconds will enable it.)
If it's only the vibration feature that won't turn on, make sure you have installed the battery for the vibration. (It won't work without a battery, even if the swing is plugged in.)
If the swing still won't turn on, it's likely a worn-out motor, especially if the swing has seen a lot of use. You can contact Graco for tech support at 1-800-345-4109.
