My Laptop Is No Longer Letting Me Get In To Any Part Of Google Chrome And That H

My laptop is no longer letting me get in to any part of google chrome and that has been for at least a month now. It brings up a white page and shows that it is trying to open then pops up a thing saying the page is unresponsive. I had really great time in my online college class using gooe chrome and luckily I did not completely get rid of my AOL because now I am using that for my classes. So, I have tried to delete it and reinstall it more than once. Then I read a thing that says if it still does not work try to reinstall without any uninstall and it still does not work. How can I get thus fixed without having to pay a large amount to any tech help?
