Well, I think there's a simple/partial solution here :)
Your best friend here is Google bookmarks, it syncs automatically to Chrome and While it doesn't support moving your bookmarks in-mass out of the Grip of apple's iphone, it can help you bookmark that amazing-website you found while browsing on your iphone and would just die to transfer to your PC.

simply, you can use the same code in your "Google Bookmarks" Bookmarklet and user it as a bookmarklet in the iPhone Safari Browser.

let me walk you through it:
1- goto http://www.google.com/support/bookmarks/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=179680 and install the "Google Bookmark" button into the chrome toolbar.
2- right-click on the "Google Bookmark" Button in your toolbar and choose edit.
3- in the window that will pop-out you'll see a rather long line of code in the URL section, it should look something like this (actually i think you can just copy paste whats below :)

javascript:(function(){var a=window,b=document,c=encodeURIComponent,d=a.open("http://www.google.com/bookmarks/mark?op=edit&output=popup&bkmk="+c(b.location)+"&title="+c(b.title),"bkmk_popup","left="+((a.screenX||a.screenLeft)+10)+",top="+((a.screenY||a.screenTop)+10)+",height=420px,width=550px,resizable=1,alwaysRaised=1");a.setTimeout(function(){d.focus()},300)})();

4- move that line of code into your iPhone by whatever mean you are comfortable with (email it to yourself, sync it as a code, open this page from your iPhone)
5- select the line of code (everything from JavaScript until the semicolon in the end) and copy it.
6- Go to any Page (Say, Google.com) in your iPhone's Safari and click on the little "+" to bookmark it, only change its name to something interesting like "Add to Google Bookmarks"
7- once you did that, now click on the little book to open your iPhone's bookmarks section, find the bookmark that you just added, click edit and tap on it, it will open a new window which shows you the name you just chose and the URL of the page that you just bookmarked.
8- click the little x next to the URL to delete everything  thats there, then paste the line of code that you copied in step 5.

Now whenever you find something interesting enough you want to move over to your browser, just click on the bookmarklet and it will add it to your Google bookmark, and chrome will just take it from there.

It is completely safe
