Here are the instructions found on this Google page:
To uninstall from the ToolbarTo uninstall from the Add or Remove Programs Control Panel
- Click the down arrow next to the Toolbar's wrench icon.
- Select Uninstall from the drop-down menu.
- Click Uninstall the Google Toolbar.
- Click the Windows Start menu button.
- Select Control Panel.
- Double-click Add or Remove Programs.
- Select Google Toolbar for IE.
- Click Remove.
