How Can I Find My Google Pass Word And Name Without Resetting My Whole Phone?

I blocked my android phone after to many pattern attemps and I now need my google mail address to unlock. I do not remember this and I have tried to use the recovery email address to get this information but it says that it is not recognised, so is there any way of finding out what gmail address is linked to my phone????
