I would like to change the nunber I signed up for:
208-366-4620. I would like the nunber o be a 212 number. Please advise.

212 area code phone numbers have been extinct for a very long time now, the only way to acquire one will be through eBay or http://212areacode.com/ which you can then port to Google Voice or any other carrier.
