Get Rid Of Delinquent Reviews On Google Places--no Customer Support?
We have delinquent reviews on Google Places. Disgruntled employees put them there. CitySearch.com took them off their site after we proved they were not real customers. Google Places still displays the bad comments from the reviews. If you click on the review, you'll get a 404 error...because the review doesn't exist anymore! How can we get them off? If we can, this will raise our score. We HAVE great reviews from legit customers!
