I signed up for a Google account. I didn't register successfully because of a mistake. Then I registered again, suggesting that the phone number has been registered multiple times. What should I do?

what was the error with the account set up? The number you provided when setting up is needed to verify the account & when you retry multiple times with the same number google systems think it's fraud.
