Possible Account Hacking Involving My Gmail And Face Book Accounts At The Least.

I have multiple face book accounts,and gmail accounts.Have not been able to access my Facebook accounts for 9 months or so.My most recent gmail accounts have been tampered with now, just like all my previous accounts. I.e loans etc, not positive as to if they are being taken out in my name or my email and other accounts are being used to route or receive replys in reference to them. Worst of all I believe it is some one in my house hold that is doing this. Several instances have occured on my accounts where my current device ,model number and all has an I identical" twin" listed in dashboard etc. Plz help
