Charges On My Mobile Phone

Needless to say, there's no justification for charging you without your permission for anything. There is the possibility that you gave your permission without realizing it. Sorry to say, Google does not generally offer customer service by phone. (You can try for it at 650-623-4000.) You'll probably need to find the appropriate help section, and choose the best canned question to send. If as is likely the answer doesn't satisfy, you'll have the opportunity to reply to the answer with a further question.   You can write Google at 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043. You may want to send a certified letter. If necessary you can then dispute the charge with your phone company and/or complain to the California Dept. of Consumer Affairs at 916-445-1254.
