Changing Google Developer Email Address

My company resourceammirati was purchased By IBM. Our Dev Account is this DL-SW-Google- This email address has been closed down so we can't verify the new email . Please let me know how can get this change done. My cell phone number

The account owner email address and country can't be changed. However, you can create a new account using a different email address or country and transfer your apps to your new account.
