Wrong Charge On My Gophone Account
Hi, Ihave my GoPhone account for years now. I use it only when I'm in the states approx 3 or 4 times a year. Last time i used my phone I bought a data feature package and used for 2 weeks. Then I left the states January 7th. Today I checked my account today and it shows me I renewed the package on January 20th. I double checked and I do not have an automatic renewal requested. So whats happend and how I can contact AT&T for a refund? Unfortunatley they do not have a customer service email address and I don't want to call them from abroad talking to a robot for 30 miniutes without a change talking to a real person.. Thx for help
