Yes.  All you have to do is purchase a new prepaid Go phone and insert your old sim card.  Your account is directly linked to the SIM card not the physical phone itself.  I also reccommend calling AT&T customer service and notifying them that your have changed phones.

Hi,

If your phone have a sim card, and you have another phone sitting around FROM THE SAME OPERATOR or UNLOCKED; you can just put your sim card in the new phone and its done. No need to call your operator; your minutes/account will follow your sim card. If you're not sure if the other phone work with your operator just put your sim card in it; there is no risk. if you get signal; you're good to go.
