Waiting For Password For 6 Days
My daughter usesd my laptop last Friday while viisting, then I tried to do E-mail the next day and had automatically been signed out. When I entered the password I had written down it would not accept it. I tried to use the recovery support on Sat and my son in law tried on sunday and we still have not heard a thing. With my cable company this would have been resolved in 5 minutes. My kids convinced me your service was so good and that is why I switched... Also tried today to enter my phone number and it said they did not have it either. i am very frustrated!
