Why Do I Have To Provide My Birthdate To Log In My Gmail?
Is there any way to bypass this for log-in?

This "should" be an occational security verification feature. If it happens continuously there could be an issue with your user account. In that case you should call Gmail support at 1 650-253-0000 and have them look your account over.
