How Do I Close A Gmail Account That Was Used To Commit Fraud

- Click Settings at the top of any Gmail page, and open the Accounts and Import tab.
- Click Google Account settings.
- Click Edit next to My products on the right side.
- Click Remove Gmail permanently.
Residual copies of deleted messages and accounts may take up to 60 days to be deleted from active servers and may remain in backup systems.
