Ge Profile Wpdh8900j1mg Drum Not Turning During Cycle

The drum turns a little at in both directions at the start of the cycle. Water comes in but the drum does not turn.  It times out to spin where it drains the water but no spin from the motor.  (Rinse and Spin cycle for testing - all cycles are similar).  Control board, door switch, motor??
